RETURN POLICY

Returns are ONLY accepted on merchandise that HAS BEEN DAMAGED and MUST include CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. Omission of this certificate from your return will result in your return not being accepted. Upon receipt, check your order BEFORE you sign for it. If you receive a damaged product you MUST immediately return it with the shipper (do not sign for it), and notify us within 7 days of receipt or your return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

Please notify us of your damaged product, so that we may file a return.

Once your damaged item has been received by 1xRUN, your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit within five business days. You will be notified via email when this credit has taken place to the address provided during the transaction. REFUND POLICY

Prints
Refunds for Prints are ONLY accepted on purchases that HAVE NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED. It typically takes six weeks for a print to ship to collectors AFTER the RUN has finished. If you require a refund, you MUST contact us before we ship the item. Requests for refunds on items that have already shipped will not be fulfilled.

Original Art and Multiples
All sales are final on Original art and Multiples. If you have an issue with your order please contact us and we will do what we can to help resolve any issues that may arise.
